The chain is hallmarked Birmingham, 1898.

Assay: - .375 (9 carat). 

Date: - 1898.

Engraving: - None.

Measurement: - 13 1/8 inches (33.4cm) from end to end. The largest link measures 6.5mm (width).

Weight: - 30.4 grams.

Condition: - The chain is stamped '9', '375' to each of the curb links, 9.375 on the T bar, and the dog clip. The date letter 'y' for 1898 is stamped to one of the links. The links display minor surface scratches, and wear commensurate with age. Please see photographs for confirmation of condition.
